Not every foundation job starts on open ground. This project called for screw piles to support a new Sunspace Roof System, with installation taking place right through an existing deck structure. By installing through the existing deck, we were able to provide the foundation support needed while minimizing disruption to the property.

This pile was installed just inches away from an existing brick post, providing the foundation support for a new second-floor balcony.
