Kitchen cabinet bases and doors painted. Uppers are Ice Cube and the lowers Victorian Pewter in a satin finish. Turned out fabulous.

We were honoured when asked to replace the flooring in my 86 year old Aunt’s house that she has lived in for 62 years. We chose to use vinyl plank called Rustic Maple. It compliments the original wood doors and makes it feel like it’s always been there. Sometimes when you partially update your home the rest can feel outdated. It was our goal to make the floors look original to the home and it definitely worked.

Well that escalated quickly.

We received a work order to replace the MDF baseboards with vinyl baseboards in a group home bathroom due to water damage. Removing the baseboards uncovered severe water damage to the drywall and flooring. Upon lifting a piece of flooring to further inspect what we could feel under our feet as soft spots. Extensive rot was found and lead to having to remove not only the wooden ramp but the subfloor underneath as well. We got the demo completed and new subfloor installed. Treated the mold and left a fan going to ensure it’s dry to continue tomorrow.

Kitchen and bathroom tile installed and grout applied.

New front door installed, baseboards and trim wood filled and paint retouched.
