Inside bay is approx. 40ft by 20ft
Tons of power available as it has been a welding/fab shop forever.
Outside space for multiple vehicle parking
Fenced all the way around and have security cameras as well.

Bathrooms, office space, big bay doors you can back dumptrucks easily into

$2000 plus share of utilities/etc

Type 1 Pressure Distribution to a sand mound with trenches in Naramata!

New house going in and we are getting the system in there before the house is done so we have the best access!

Building a sand mound/raised system requires attention to detail!

The proper sand..tested and approved to reduce failure and issues! Very strict! The wrong sand can make these systems fail!

The proper prep..carefully making the soils ready for sand and the proper way of installing the sand!

We love what we do and we try to show that in our work and ethics.

Wastewater systems should be done by the right people. Qualified and certified who have spent the time and effort to get trained and know what they are doing!

We started building out the sand mounds for the community STEP system
STEP is Septic Tank-Effluent Pressure. Which means each lot/house will need to put in their own properly sized septic tank/pump chamber combination that will pump the Type 1 effluent into a community forcemain and into the equalization tank before flowing by gravity into the pump chambers!
Tanks will be getting craned on Tuesday! Stay tuned

We are officially done with the back breaking fun of lifting line jetters, packers, jumping jacks and all other various awkward things!!

Install of a new Type 3 Time Dose in Naramata!
Lots of fun and heck of a project! With this Type 3 you have attached mediagrowth and aeration by bubble diffusers to lower the Biochemical Oxygen Demand and the Total Suspended Solids to achieve a Type 2 effluent quality prior to pump chamber and then UV Light treatment to reduce effluent levels even more and eliminate f***l coliform and almost return liquid to natural groundwater! Especially after it treats through our Mound Sand!
