Installed and wired new pullman electric strike and panic bar.
The door failed egress regulation and had to be brought up to the correct specifications.

Quick turn around of two working days.
The customer is ready to be signed off by the inspector.

The customer was experiencing issues with their old Von Duprin panic bar.

Upon disassembling the mortice cassette, I discovered that the lock required lubrication and a new spring for the locking mechanism.

After servicing the lock and replacing the spring, it was fully operational again.

I was pleased to restore the old lock and help the customer avoid the expense of replacing the hardware.

Just installed this new product for gates, for a project with . They needed an exit-only gate to comply with fire egress regulations. This hardware lets me easily add a panic bar to most gates with a post-to-door gap of up to 4 inches.
