Once upon a time in the Okanagan Valley, a weather-beaten barn house stood among rolling orchards and sparkling vineyards, its cedar shingles covered in thick moss and curling at the edges as they slowly fell away.
One snowy morning, heavy machines arrived and circled the structure like patient predators. With a groan that echoed across the valley, the first wall splintered, sending moss and brittle shingles tumbling to the ground. Beam by beam, the barn house gave way, collapsing into a heap of weathered timber and memory, leaving behind only a scar of earth where stories once sheltered from the wind.
Not all story’s have a happy ending but I’m confident this new beginning will!

Hiring the right contractor!
This can be a hard task, here are some things to consider!
Make sure you are able to meet before choosing your contractor, everyone is different! You want a contractor you are comfortable with and lets you voice your concerns.
Get multiple quotes before choosing your contractor, super important to find the best fit for your project.
Is your contractor licensed? Make sure to ask for verification if needed or look them up !
Get everything in writing! Contracts are important and hold people on both ends accountable.
Research! It’s always a good idea to put a bit of research into your chosen contractor, do you like their work? This goes a long way when finding the best fit for your project !

Sometimes a Reno isn’t always just about changing flooring and tile, sometimes the “smaller” details are just as important when making a clients vision come to life!!
