Just about to finish up this Daycare and move onto the next one!

VP STICK Building wrap, 1" Comfortboard, Corrugated Galvalume, LUX 4" LuxLap siding, and Architectural Hardie Panels with Easy Trim reveals, along with Hardie Trim Fascias, and Aluminum Soffit....was a fun project!

Recently completed outbuilding in Kaleden with Wildstone Construction. We used James Hardie Artisan Series 10.25" Shiplap installed vertically with Black Aluminum EZ Trims from Engage BP.

Everyone on site really came together to make this happen on an accelerated timeline, it wasn't always smooth sailing, but we worked as a Team and pulled it off!!!

Helped a local client who's builder s**t the bed, replacing the WRONG colour product with the right colour of LUX Lap Metal siding in Knotty Chestnut.

What an amazing contrast against the Knotty Pine Soffit!
That was the LAST outstanding issue faced by these homeowners who were among a number of homebuyers burned by the same builder. Now they can finally put their incomplete home behind them and begin enjoying it!
Glad we were able to be a part of their closure!

Re-frame rotten skirt, replace Rotten Sheathing, replace 2 windows and Install New Vinyl Siding and LP Smart Trim/Panel painted with Sherwin Williams Vinyl Siding paint match.

Clients were very happy with the end result, though working in 40⁰+ heat was a drag on the time-line.

Just Completed a Full Exterior Siding and Window replacement for wonderful people! We installed James Hardie Plank in Monterey Taupe with James Hardie Board and Batten feature walls to add a bit of texture and contrast. We also replaced their 30+ yr old windows with Gentek 80 Series windows.

Our clients are thrilled with the new look and are the envy of their neighbourhood! Is YOUR house next?
