If you've been following us for a while, you would have been watching our modified Springfield Home Build, done in conjunction with Marlane Contracting, out of Perth, ON. The Springfield is a 728 sq ft model and can be a 2 or 3 bedroom with 1 bath and the Home Kit clocks in at a very reasonable $62,824.00

This Springfield had the extra room removed for a larger living space. Here you can can see the doors have now been installed, and the flooring has begun. As a reminder, once the foundation, septic, well and ground work had been completed - from first board on foundation to water tight: 3 days.
