The carpenter hung a door that started off looking normal. After he stained it, it dried to look like this....(I'm told the door did not stay for long)

Grease trap maintenance is important. When restaurant owners try to save a buck it usually costs a lot more.
We had to clean the grease trap, clear the drain of all the grease build up, and then this mess had to be cleaned.
Regular, recommended maintenance would have prevented this.

having the right equipment makes all the difference.
We thaw drains like this using high pressure hot water.
This unit produces 3650 psi water, 17 GPM, at 200 F' to make short work of a big problem.
