We’re almost at the finish line! Just one more step before we hand over the keys to your new home!

This can be the most frustrating part for homeowners. The construction process is long and messy, although we do our best to ensure a clean jobsite and that trades respect the finished products...there are inevitabley touch ups that need to be made.
Since the walk-through and PDI take place just prior to hand-over, sometimes things creep into post-construction (ie. after you’ve moved in).

Usually its a new part order or sub-trade availablility that put us back during the Punch List phase.

Next up is the hand over!!!

Just because no one is sitting and admiring the room doesn’t mean she can’t look pretty as a picture!

We’ve got the best! Thanks guys.
This fireplace is a custom built wood burning unit, the burn area is almost 4 foot tall!
