Its NEX rubberized asphalt is designed for greater flexibility and all-weather resilience, making it well suited for our combination of heavy rain, wind and changing temperatures. It also carries a Class 4 impact rating, offers stronger tear resistance and improved granule retention compared with standard asphalt shingles.

GAF System Plus.

A roof is not one product. It is a system: deck, leak barrier, underlayment, shingles and ventilation, working together.

A standard shingle warranty covers the products. System Plus covers the system, with 50 years of non-prorated coverage against manufacturing defects, including labour, tear-off and disposal. It is only available through GAF Certified contractors.
