Are you growing something new this year? Gardeners always like to see what's growing over the fence-share your photos :)

Coleus is a classic, but a new plant for me. Our city hall had a display of Coleus planted at the entrance on Harris Road last year. The range and display of long lasting colours was an inspiration to try to grow some.

I have to say I would highly recommend this plant or try something new yourself-have fun and experiment. It's also been fun to practice propagation and this plant has been pretty simple to multiply with cuttings in water and soil.

Happy Gardening and everyone is welcome to join us at our meetings on the 3rd Monday of the month.
