We are the Schonken family!

Most of you will know the face of Plumbworx Ltd., Shawn. Shawn, originally from South Africa, has been Canadian now for 15 years. Shawn moved from Calgary to Ponoka to be with me, Chandra! You may recognize me from laboratory and x-ray at the Ponoka hospital, where I have been working for 16 years. We got married in September 2011... a house, dog, and 2 girls later, we have decided to take the leap and start Plumbworx. We are so grateful for everyone's support on our new journey. We are proud to be part of the community of Ponoka for many years to come!

It's really starting to feel like Christmas!

We love all of the different Christmas trees! There are so many different themes and colours. The Schonken's tree is a collection of memories. It makes us so happy every year, to enjoy all of the decorations that we have collected from the many adventures in our life together.
