With 15 years of industry experience, Karly envisioned a simple approach to design through the establishment of Seeder. Specializing in high end new builds and major renovations, the finishes and fixtures selected for our models are to create a sense of luxury and comfort while embracing the natural beauty that surrounds us. Karly ensures the design and finishes create a sense of relatability to a vast demographic, allowing one’s personal style and needs be easily met with our curated design selections. Nathan Kischel

Nathan Kischel heads up the construction division of Seeder Company. With a background in single family home development, custom homes, and renovations, he puts his project management knowledge to work. Nathan is passionate about building science, and the constant search for more efficient and environmentally light buildings.
