We recently completed a localized soft spot floor repair in Vancouver, restoring the damaged area and reinforcing the subfloor to eliminate movement and provide a solid, stable surface. From worn out to standout. 🔥

This rooftop BBQ area has officially been transformed.

Our team completed a full rebuild, including:
✔️ Selective demolition
✔️ Structural framing
✔️ Cement board installation
✔️ Blueskin waterproofing
✔️ Hi-Macs countertop installation
✔️ Stacked stone cladding
✔️ Reinstallation of the built-in BBQ and appliances

Five days of hard work, careful coordination, and attention to detail came together to create a durable, modern outdoor space with one of the best views in Vancouver.

Rooftop BBQ Rebuild – Day 4 🔥

Just four days ago, this rooftop BBQ was stripped down to the framing. Today, we’re putting the finishing touches on the rebuild.

✅ Hi-Macs stone installed
✅ Structure rebuilt and waterproofed
🔨 Composite cladding installation underway
🍔 Appliances ready to be reinstalled

It’s amazing what can be accomplished with the right team, proper planning, and a tight schedule. We’re almost at the finish line and can’t wait to show you the completed transformation.

Rooftop BBQ Rebuild – Progress Update 🔨

Big milestone reached on this downtown Vancouver rooftop BBQ rebuild.

✅ Demo complete
✅ Framing complete
✅ Cement board installed
✅ Blueskin waterproofing installed

The structure is now prepped and ready for the Hi-Macs stone installation. Proper preparation is what creates a long-lasting finished product, and a lot of the most important work happens before the final finishes ever go in.

Stay tuned as we start bringing this outdoor kitchen back to life.

The BBQ is out. The tools are in. 🔥🔨

Today we begin rebuilding this rooftop BBQ area in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. What looks like a simple project comes with plenty of challenges when you’re working several stories up—but that’s what makes it fun.
