❤️ Last but certainly not least — our one-eyed doggo, Milo Merle
Meet Milo ❤️
Position: General Manager, AKA Top Dog 👔🐾
Years on the Job: 6
Milo is the OG Shop Dog! Long before the rest of the crew joined the team, he was faithfully reporting to work with Dave every day… and somewhere along the way, he promoted himself to management 😂
Around the shop, Milo is known as the unofficial ‘Fun Police’ 🚨 If the other dogs are getting a little too rowdy, he’s the first one to step in and restore order. And if they ignore him? He’ll make sure someone knows about it. He’s definitely the one keeping everyone in line.
He’s also a bit of a perfectionist! We joke that he’d be the world’s best eye-roller… if he had two eyes 🙄 Instead, he somehow manages to deliver that same judgmental look with just one.
When it comes to treats 🦴Milo has the entire crew well trained. Every time someone comes or goes, he gallops into the break room, parks himself in front of the treat jar, and waits. He knows exactly how this place works. And although he’s been known to drink from puddles, the water bucket MUST be fresh and clean 💦
A good manager is always where the action is… and Milo is no exception. Whether he’s supervising a job, keeping an eye on things in the shop, or quietly lying under a trailer or tucked beneath the deck, he always likes to know what’s going on. Which also means everyone has learned to watch where they’re stepping… and driving 🫣 (IYKYK)!
And we all know that the General Manager deserves a corner office… Milo’s just happens to be a Lazy Boy recliner in the dog lounge. If you ask him, it’s one of the best perks in the company 🛋️
Despite acting like he’s just a little more important than everyone else, Milo has a sensitive soul and really big feelings 😬🥴 Storms aren’t his favourite, he prefers the comfort of his safe spaces and while he’d never admit it, he loves being close to his people more than anything — especially Riley ❤️
Milo thinks he’s THE BOSS around here… and we’re happy to let him believe it 🐶🐾
