Many residents are without power due to their service being damaged from the storm. Please see below image which reflects when you are responsible and when Hydro is responsible for the repair. If the damage is due to any part of area in Orange being damaged or pulled away from the dwelling, the home owner will need to contact an electrician to repair after you report the outage to Hydro.
Please bare with our response times to non emergent service calls as we have lots of Residents without power.
