I'm proud to share that I have officially earned my Level 1 Mortgage Agent Licence!
When I entered real estate, I brought with me years of experience in administration, bookkeeping, legal and financial documentation, personal income taxes, customer service, and personal lending through TD. Combined with my real estate education and experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest, this additional mortgage training allows me to better understand the full picture of a real estate transaction.
