After three full weeks of hard work, our team has completed this large, two storey, two-tone project. We completely changed the look of this home with this beautiful black stucco and faux wood colour scheme.

All of the existing bare stucco was thoroughly sprayed with 1 coat of Benjamin Moore + Collective Interiors Freshstart Primer, followed by 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Aura in a low lustre sheen.

We made sure to remove any loose stucco by brushing the walls and back rolling. The lower siding was also in rough shape, requiring a lot of scraping, sanding, and priming to get it right.

This customer now has a long lasting finish that will stand up to the elements. And thanks to Benjamin Moore’s products, these dark colours will not fade over time and will hold up to UV exposure.

T&N was hired to repaint the upper half of this heritage house. We completed all of the siding, trim, soffits, fascia, and two gable ends.

Many surfaces were faded, peeling, and worn - we made sure to thoroughly scrape, and apply two coats of Freshstart primer to these areas prior to two topcoats of Benjamin Moore + Collective Interiors Benjamin Moore Aura.

The siding colour is Shaker Beige (HC-45) from Benjamin Moore’s Historical Colour collection. It contrasts beautifully to the bright white trim.

We recently restored these beautiful Fir French doors, they hadn’t been stained for over 10 years. We thoroughly stripped the existing finish, making sure to sand down the heavily worn and weathered areas at the base of the door, then applied 2-3 coats of oil based stain. The finish is a semi-translucent satin in a natural wood look. This one turned out amazing!

We recently completed a basic exterior repaint on this very weathered Wildwood home. The siding was in need of a lot of TLC, especially the south side. We properly prepared all substrates for paint, which included thoroughly scraping and sanding down surfaces, priming, followed by two coats of Benjamin Moore Aura paint. The client kept a similar colour scheme, eliminating red accents on the upper wall, but keeping the black trim and a similar gray wall colour. This one turned out great thanks to our hard working and dedicated crew! See below for colour scheme:

This waterfront home was professionally re-sided by Koopmans Contracting and T&N Painting was hired to match these two walls to the existing siding. With the help of Benjamin Moore + Collective Interiors high quality products, we sealed the cedar with BM Freshstart Alkyd, followed by two coats of Benjamin Moore Aura Low Lustre. We recently completed a full exterior siding re stain. The south and west walls of this beautiful ocean front home were severely weathered. We properly prepared all surfaces by sanding down the old failing finish and applying 2-3 coats of translucent satin stain in a Butternut finish. This one came out beautifully. We also painted the brick chimney to match the lower siding colour. Great work team!
