We're Hiring: Journeyman & Apprentice Electrician

West Wind Electrical is a small but highly respected company known for delivering top-quality work.
We're looking for two motivated electricians to join our team in Powell River:
• 1 - Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal Certified)
• 1 - Apprentice Electrician (3rd Year Minimum)

Industry: Residential Electrical
Location: Powell River, BC
Wage/hr: Competitive, based on experience & performance (non-union wages)
Hours: Full-time, fluctuating schedule, occasional weekends as needed
Probationary Period: 10 weeks

We need experienced electricians who take pride in their work, problem-solve on the go, and work well independently and in a team. Customer service matters to us—a professional, positive attitude is key!

Responsibilities
• Perform electrical work to high-quality and safety standards
• Work independently or with a crew, depending on the job
• Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Keep workspaces clean and safe
• Adapt to shifting work demands and priorities
• Maintain a customer-focused, professional attitude

Requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work independently
• Flexible and adaptable to job requirements
• Team player with excellent communication
• Valid, clean driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to work occasional weekends when needed
• Punctual, hardworking, and committed to customer satisfaction
