Prince Sheet Metal is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Crew Lead in Prince George, BC!
This role is paying $45/hr - $55/hr based on experience!
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Crew Lead who can run a crew and still put in a solid day’s work on the tools. If you can keep guys moving, solve problems without babysitting, and take pride in clean, quality work then this is for you.
You’ll be leading a small crew on commercial jobs, keeping things on track, working alongside your team, and making sure the job gets done right and safely.
What We Need:
• Solid experience in roofing or sheet metal
• You know how to lead a crew without micromanaging
• Show up on time, ready to work every day
• Can think ahead, stay organized, and keep jobs moving
• Comfortable dealing with issues on site without slowing everything down
• Safety matters to you (and you enforce it)
