A dream in the woods, now a reality. 🏡✨

After 8 weeks of hard work, dedication, and collaboration, we're proud to share the completion of this beautiful 1,400 sq. ft., two-storey cabin at Aiken Lake.

Built in a remote setting surrounded by nature, this cabin was designed to be a place where family can gather, relax, and create memories for generations to come. Watching this project come together from concept to completion has been an incredibly rewarding experience.

A sincere thank you to Trappeur Homes for their collaboration, craftsmanship, and expertise throughout the build. Their contribution helped bring this vision to life, and we're grateful for their role in creating this special place.

Here's to countless lake days, campfires, family gatherings, and unforgettable moments in this beautiful retreat. 🌲❤️

Today we’re celebrating someone who has made a lasting impact on Wildland Development over the past five years—our General Manager, Cal Duncan.

Cal is a third-generation Prince George local with over 46 years in the trades. From his early days as an apprentice to leading teams today, his journey is rooted in hard work, experience, and a deep connection to this community.

Over the years, Cal has helped shape not just our projects, but our people. He’s passionate about mentoring the next generation of tradespeople in Northern BC and takes pride in passing on what he’s learned.

Under his leadership, Wildland has continued to grow and be recognized, including winning the 2024 General Contractor ($5–10 Million) award, but for us, it’s the day-to-day leadership and commitment he brings that matters most.

We’re lucky to have you on the team, Cal. Congratulations on 5 years 👏

What a blast we had at the BBQ Bash this week! 🍔🌭✨

We loved spending the afternoon with the students of Nus Wadeezulh Community School. The best part was delivering brand new floor hockey gear 🏒🥅 valued at about $1,500, generously donated by Wildland’s partner Westcana Electric Inc. 🙌💙

A huge thank you to Westcana for helping us bring smiles (and some serious slap shots) to the students. Connecting with the kids and celebrating together was the real highlight of the day! 🎉

The Aiken Lake cabin is almost ready! 🏡✨ We’re just a few finishing touches away from completing this cozy retreat, built right here on the land families love. 🌲💙

Soon it will be a warm and welcoming space for gathering, relaxing, and carrying on traditions, and we can’t wait for everyone to see the beautiful, finished home. 😍

Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone — our General Manager, Cal Duncan, is marking 45 years in the trades industry! 🎉

Cal is one of those people who lives and breathes what he does. His knowledge, passion, and dedication to his craft have not only shaped countless projects over the years but also inspired the many people who have had the privilege of working alongside him.

At Wildland, we feel so grateful to have Cal leading our team with such energy, wisdom, and heart. His commitment to excellence is something we all look up to and learn from every day.

Here’s to 45 years of hard work, leadership, and impact — a milestone worth celebrating! 👏
