When building near power line always be SAFE! and be cautious of your clearance. This is an example of a recent service upgrade, where the power line was within 7 feet of the deck. Luckily no one came in contact with the lines, but it was also a nuisance because there was nowhere to put an umbrella....

Upgraded service from 100A to 200A. Thanks to NB Power linesmen for making everything go smoothly! Old power line was too close to the deck, so raised it up to make it safe!
