WE ARE HIRING!
We are growing and looking for 1-2 skilled carpenters to join our fun and dynamic team.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional carpentry experience
- Renovation experience in both new and historical homes to be considered an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction.
- Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools.
- Capable of working independently as well as working with our well established team.
- Good physical condition - capable of heavy lifting of more then 50lbs may be required.
- Must be good at problem solving
- Financially responsible
- Must be personable
- Must have own transportation
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record and insurability
- Clean criminal background check to be provided as condition of employment
- Must be bondable
- Wages to be determined based on experience and ability

We are currently looking for an experienced renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled, dependable, and takes pride in delivering clean, professional results. We are seeking someone who strives to complete jobs in a timely and responsible manner while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism. This role involves a variety of residential renovation and maintenance projects.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Residential renovations (framing, drywall, flooring, trim, finishing)
• Kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Demolition and site preparation
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, and fixtures
• Small home repairs and basic maintenance
• Working both inside homes and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Working safely on ladders and staging
• Performing tasks on roofs and at various heights
• Maintain safe, organized job sites
• Represent the company professionally through your actions, attitude, and workmanship
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• 3+ years renovation experience
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and tools
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically capable of completing tasks related to construction, including lifting, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods

A few pictures of an ensuite we recently completed. Curb-less shower with custom glass, deep soaker tub and a beautiful vanity. Tons of natural light let in by the well placed windows. Our two lead craftsmen Ben and Matt set the tile to perfection. Heated towel racks and heated floors connected by our lead sparky Dan make this a bathroom to be envious of. .c.quinn
