There are plenty of places to buy a hot tub in Red Deer, but not all of them are owned by people who actually live here.

Hailey and I started The Hot Tub Man out of our Red Deer home, and even as we’ve grown, we’ve stayed personally involved. We work with our customers, help them choose the right spa, and I’m still part of most of the deliveries and installations.

I’ve worked on a lot of swim spas, and I have never seen a steel frame as thick and robust as the ones used in these Riptides.

This spring, I tore my meniscus the day before the Lacombe Home Show. I couldn't walk and had no idea how I was going to make it through the weekend.

That’s when I found out about The Lending Cupboard Society of Alberta -TLC

They lent me a wheelchair and crutches completely free of charge, no questions asked. Because of them, I was still able to show up and do my job that weekend.

Honestly, I had no idea this organization even existed until I needed it, and it’s such an awesome service for people in Central Alberta.

Today, we finally returned the wheelchair and crutches, along with a $500 donation to help them keep doing what they do.

A huge thank-you to everyone at The Lending Cupboard. You helped me when I needed it, and I hope this helps you do the same for someone else.
