Another project completed a few weeks ago for a client in Sylvan!

Parking is always in short supply, and nothing quite compares to an interlocked patio brick driveway.

We pulled permits with the city, dug down to 8 inches below grade, and created a sturdy base for this driveway while maintaining drainage from the house. Thanks to Allan for giving us the opportunity to transform your yard!

We got called out to this new build to install the back yard of Ames and Candice's dreams, and here's the result

- 15x20 turf area installed for their kids playground. We made sure to use non-toxic materials so it stays safe for years to come. The base was dug 10 inches down to ensure drainage, and a solid base.

- Swedish aspen installation in cedar beds, the smell in this yard after a rain is incredible!

- 14x10 patio installation, so the BBQ has a place to live. 4x4 timbers were used to retain the natural grade under the deck and throughout the rest of the yard, and give them a nice level patio area

- crushed limestone (the poor man's concrete as we like to call it) base for their shed

- 1600 square feet of sod installed

Everything encased in 4x4 timbers to give that natural, finished look around the yard.

Thank you to Ames, Candice and their boys for the opportunity to bring their yard to life! This was a fun one, lots of different elements that came together to make a beautiful area for years to come

Our philosophy is simple: when clients pay for a monthly snow service, they deserve our full effort.

As temperatures rose, our team's efforts didn't slow down. Take note of the parking lots you frequent; if they don't match this standard, they're likely maintained by another contractor. In contrast to many contractors who took January off, we leveraged the warmer weather to clear our parking lots of snow and slush, prioritizing safe passage for tenants and passersby, and distinguishing our properties during Alberta's winter, which has seen significant snowfall, icy conditions, and blustery winds.
