Poulet Rouge is a Canadian Company that started in a shopping Mall in Quebec in 2012. They have 71 locations in Canada, 56 in Quebec 14 in Ontario and 1 in Alberta.

We're excited to be working together to bring a new location to Alberta and hopefully many more!

Ribeye Crowfoot Butcher Shop is officially open!! Go and check them out located Northwest Calgary.

Here are a few things they carry in store- value bundles, fresh meat, deli meats, prepared foods and pantry items like spices, sauces and snacks.

Our painter Carsten gives the finished product his seal of approval, and even names his own sandwich!

The new Jersey Mike’s in Red Deer recently opened, just minutes from Budal’s own shop and office.

Our team was proud to help bring this location to life, and we’re currently working on several more Jersey Mike’s locations across Western Canada.

Congratulations to Julie on receiving her TEN for 10 Award!

Julie started with Budal in 2016 in our woodwork shop, and over the past 10 years she has worked her way up into the role of Shop Manager.

Her handiwork can be seen in restaurants, franchises, and commercial spaces all across Western Canada. From custom millwork to the details that help bring a space together, Julie has been part of countless projects that carry the Budal standard.

That kind of growth comes from skill, hard work, reliability, and pride in the finished product.

Revelstoke, we’re coming for you.

Our crews are packing up and getting ready to spend the summer in beautiful British Columbia, building the new Boston Pizza restaurant just off the Trans-Canada Highway.

Mountain views, fresh air, and another great restaurant project underway, not a bad place for the Budal team to spend the season.
