Upgrade for this house , this customer has been thinking of getting this done for years and he called the right company.
Along side of garage, stripped out 4 inches of sand / ,clay debris with mini , back hauled to pit.
Pre leveled area , installed fabric pinned down and 2.5 yards of 20mm limestone.
Front garden shrub bed got 2 teir 6x6 boarder rebar pinned.
Ground up gets the job done ✔️

New play ground area.
Removed aprox 6 inch top soil with bobcat, back hauled Tandem load to pit.
Installed 4x4 boader rehbar pinned, fabric under lay and 4.5 yards of alberta rainbow rock p*e gravel.

Zero scaped front yard.
Stripped out 4 inches with skidsteer , back hauled Tandem load to pit.
Pre leveled area , installed fabric pinned down.
Installed 75mm limestone as coner feature and 20mm limestone across the yard.
4 hr 3 man crew ,

This yard was in super bad shape and needed a complete overhaul, from the landscape to the fence.
There was 22 Swedish Aspen trees that took over this yard and the root systems went everywhere.
The Ground Up crew removed the rotten fence, pulled the posts and sent them to disposal.
We then drilled new 12 inch post holes, set 6x6 posts in concrete, framed and installed boards and built a custom man gate and rv gates. With the new fence in place we were ready to tackle the landscaping.
Stripped 4 inches off the back yard, pulling and digging up roots. We back hauled 2 tandem loads away.
Pre leveled yard and installed a patio stone area with 20mm limestone down the back of the house.
Covered the yard with fresh top soil and installed 2200 sqft of sod.
3 day project

New hot tub pad and decorative rock down side house.
Hot tub pad , remove top soil to clay base , install 4x4 boader rehbar pinned, fabric and 3/4 crushed gravel and tamp level , cover top with 10mm limestone crush.
Side house , remove sod , pre level area, install 4x4 boader rehbar pinned, fabric and 10mm limestone crush, install customer supplied flagstone stepping stones.
Back haul all debris to pit.

This customer had new window wells installed and needed the landscape re done along side of the house, the back yard shrub beds where due for a overhaul , they called the right company.
We stripped out 2-3 inches along side of house and the shrb beds , did a big trim on the trees and shrubs. Pre leveled along side of house installed 4x4 boader rehbar pinned, fabric and 10-20mm blend of alberta rainbow rock.
Rear beds got new charcoal granite edgers, fabric and med fur nuggets.
We showed up with 3 dump trucks , did not leave the job site for anything.
