-payment is due upon completion, cash, cheque or e-transfer
-areas must be free and clear of anything standing on it (no planters or furniture or decor), if an area has to be cleared, there may be an extra clearing fee
-must have access to an exterior water hook up
-any underground sprinklers should be turned off overnight to keep concrete dry for the application of sealer
-it is a two day process, if a driveway is sealed, your vehicle will have to stay out overnight. You can drive on it again 24 hrs after sealer has been applied
