TOUCH-A_TRUCK 2026

What a HOOT! Or . . HONK! Or . . BLAST!

We are proud to be an event sponsor which is organized by Central Alberta Crime Prevention Centre held at the Westerner Park on Saturday! It is always a fun time for parents and their kids to see and interact with so many different types of BIG trucks, all shined up just for the day!

Kids can sit in the trucks and hit the horn, and experience the scale of these heavy-duty rigs which all come from a myriad of different industries. The fire department and the police department were there with their vehicles as they handed out stickers and chatting with the kids too! So as well as Honks, Blasts and BEEPS . . . there were sirens too!

We at Paul Davis Red Deer had our dump truck out with our signature attraction . . our Paul Davis "Plinko" game! Kids can throw a ball into the back of our truck bed, watch it bounce around as it funnels into the game where they receive the bounty of wherever the finally lands!

Chips, cookies, gummies, even Paul Davis branded Sunglasses were just a few of the prizes!

Here, Shawn Lasiuta and Trish Wilde are pictured just after setup and ready for the fun! It was a great day, and as an event sponsor, I'm pretty sure we have as much fun as the kids and parents do!

Shout out to the crew at Paul Davis to get our working dump truck ready, and to those who volunteered for the day to meet the kids and giveaway Plinko prizes.
