A little favour to our friends, customers and supporters. 🩷
For more than a year, our family and our businesses have been dealing with what we believe is a continued, targeted effort to damage our reputation online.
That has now resulted in our businesses being blocked or banned from local Regina community and recommendation groups, such as Rant and Rave OG and Regina Rave & Rant, meaning we often can’t see when someone is asking for the services we provide, respond to tags, or even thank the people recommending us.
For a small family-run business, that matters. Word of mouth is a huge part of how people find us, and losing access to community spaces where recommendations are made can directly affect our livelihood.
So we’re asking our friends, customers and supporters to please keep recommending and tagging us anyway!
Even if we can’t see the tag.
Even if we can’t respond.
Even if we can’t thank you personally.
If someone asks for a business you’ve had a good experience with, please keep sharing that experience.
There is much more we could say about what has been happening, but we’re hopeful that the online bullying stops with the support of the file we have with RPS.
We’re going to keep doing what we’ve always done, showing up, doing good work and letting our customers speak for us.
To everyone who continues to recommend and support K2 Overhead Door behind the scenes, thank you. You have no idea how much it matters. 🩷
