Cut out the stall siding, blocked and braced the opening for a “garage door” to go in. Framed the inside for the GreenLight Overhead Doors. frames the outside for bumper pads and the client will move a seacan to the opening for added storage.

Quick little roof line for Reilly's Construction Ltd. Cut the stucco back and installed counter flashing as well.

Finished the exterior for this garage today. We have the roof to do.

I will say it was awesome working with the plumbers and electricians that were there. They listened to suggestions and work well with us.

First roof of the season.

Saw that this garage was taking a bit of time to have the exterior done. So I left a business card on the door and got a call from the client. We made a deal and finished it up today.

Certainly would be my dream garage. This thing is like 32x39. 12’ walls and storage trusses. When they are done she will be sweet.

Well this is a first,

Installing Hardie Board for a client and, well we found a portion of the exterior wall that was only 1-3/4” thick. Unfortunately, we end up putting nails inside the clients bathroom shower nook.

Now to figure out what to do to fix it.

You have to love when the local, a well known company says “let the exterior guys deal with it”.

Missing the sill, the 2x4’s are rotted. Not sure why they would even install
the windows.

Well we started a new project today,
We were to remove the Hardie and trims and install new Hardie and Hardie Trims.

How ever after the first 10 mins of demo , guess what. This stuff surprised us.

Now it is remove all the Hardie, trims and now stone. Then we get to remove plywood and replace window sills that have rotted through and well as some studs.
