We're looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy challenges. You will be a Field Sales Representative working for a Telus Trusted Provider.

You will be responsible for going door-to-door to proactively sell TELUS Smarthome Security and Mobility directly to residential customers. You will have access to daily coaching and continuous training.

We Provide:

- Industry-leading training.

- Staff accommodations when working out of town.

- Uncapped earning potential - This is a commission-based role.

Requirements:

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (we work Monday-Saturday).

Must be available to Travel.

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and be at least 18 years or older.

This is why Smart Home Security has built a reputation as a top Security and Automation Provider in Saskatchewan. Hard work, dedication and safety are at the heart of all of our work.

We are currently looking for a select few new team members to join our new door to door sales team. This is a new business launch in Saskatoon and surrounding area so the opportunity to move up within the business quick is there.

If you have past sales experience, enjoy meeting and talking to new people then we want to hear from you. You will be given all the tools and training needed to succeed in this industry, including coaching from a professional sales coach that specializes in D2D sales.

People with past door to door sales experience where little training is required will receive a incentive bonus. The pay structure is $17 hr plus a daily bonus paid biweekly.

This job will require you to be able to move around and walk for up to 8 hours a day at any set locations. Your normal day will look like this:
1. Start day off with a zoom meeting (go over the areas you will be working)
2. Get yourself to the designated area for the day (meet up with other sales team members or can work alone)
3. Start going door to door promoting and getting new subscribers.
4. Call in any new subscribers.
5. Schedule a time for installation.
6. Repeat step 3 to 5 untill your coffee break or home time.

We are looking for one or two select individuals that show leader ship qualities, and the experience needed to excel in this position. Experience in wired and wireless security system is required but will train the right person if they prove to me they are capable. Looking for full time employees but open to contractors taking it on with there daily work schedual. If you feel like you could be a contributing member of the team we would.love to hear from you.
