🏗️ Progress in motion at the Harry Bailey Aquatic Centre 💧

Renovations are well underway — from new solar panels and mechanical upgrades on the roof to refreshed locker rooms and facility improvements inside. Another step toward a modern, energy-efficient, and revitalized community space.

We’re excited for this aquatic centre to re-open in late Spring 2026!

U-HAUL SELF STORAGE & MOVING FACILITY | Regina

Project Completion 🏗️📦✨

This project features two buildings:

A 4-storey, 120,000 sq.ft. climate-controlled Class A self-storage facility

A 20,000 sq.ft. pre-engineered structure with insulated metal panels

Our team provided Construction Management services throughout all stages on the project, from design assistance to project closeout and turnover. 🚧

We’re excited to reveal our team’s stunning fitout for BHP’s new Saskatoon office!

Spanning three floors in the heart of downtown, this 55,000sf space was designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification - reflecting BHP’s vision for sustainability and innovation.

The office brings together modern workstyles with flexible meeting spaces, breakout rooms, a vibrant lunchroom, tech hubs, and more. Acoustic design was also a major focus to ensure comfort and privacy throughout.

Delivered in 14 months, this project was a true team effort with all stakeholders working closely from start to finish.

OFFICE FIT OUT PROJECT | SASKATOON SK

Project Update 🔨🦺

We are right around the corner from substantial completion on all three floors of this extensive office fit-out project! In addition to ongoing general construction finishes, we are also installing key office space components such as commercial appliances, modular privacy pods, office furniture, and audio visual systems included in the projects scope of work.

We look forward to closing this project out and unveiling the final product!

NORTHERN LIGHTS CASINO EXPANSION | Prince Albert

The expansion and renovation of the Northern Lights Casino is officially underway! 🎉 The temporary entrance is now complete and operational, allowing us to begin demolition of the main entrance as we prepare for the first phase of this exciting addition.

This project when completed will add 30,000sf of casino space, including gaming floor space, a new restaurant and bar, and other amenities.

YUASNI TIPO FAMILY TREATMENT CENTRE | Wahpeton Dakota Nation

The new Yuasni Tipi Family Treatment Centre, located on the lands of the Wahpeton Dakota Nation near Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, is designed to provide programming and services focused on supporting family wellness, sharing cultural knowledge, developing life skills, enhancing education and awareness, and facilitating land-based therapeutic activities.

Designed with a muted palette and natural wood elements, the lodge seamlessly blends into its surroundings. The entrance doors face east, inviting warmth of the rising sun into the lobby and dining room, where families can gather for breakfast. At the heart of the building lies the cultural room, a space dedicated to holistic practices, smudging, and ceremonies. The layout thoughtfully separates family suites and client spaces in the south wing from administrative and counseling areas in the north wing, fostering both privacy and community.
