Here we go again, lowering & replacing another basement floor in the Crescents area of Regina. This was a large storage room with a low ceiling. The homeowner came to us wanting to better use the space and after some hard labour we are getting it done. Next steps to come, new plumbing, interior weeping tile complete with sump pit & pump and then we can start the prep work for the new basement slab.

Finishing up a interior water management system & some steel bracing in south east Regina today. Now tomorrow we will start the refinishing (framing, insulating, drywall, ceiling stipple match, paint, trim & flooring) of the removed wall & ceiling. It will look as if we were never there when we are done 😉.

It’s hard to believe that we were even here with how clean the site is.

Going from a complete excavation to repair the foundation walls to reinstalling the deck, shed & concrete that we needed to remove. We pride ourself in leaving sites clean & looking as best possible considering the repair work that happens.

We are now onto providing this great family with a new concrete driveway big enough to easily fit 3-4 cars. We will post pictures at completion.
