The Haven in watercolour & gouache.

Some big life updates: after 9 amazing years being in my hometown, my partner & I moved back to his home on the Central Coast, NSW, Australia! The inspiration here is endless, from seascapes to the wildlife, and my soul feels a real connection between the vastness of the prairies to the vastness of the ocean. Can’t wait for what’s to come! 🌊

Sharing these portraits my friend Calista Fleming took of me during our AP art days in high school. Calista passed away from Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS) a few years after we graduated but she was an incredible artist, photographer and creator. The world was robbed of her art and light. I’m grateful to her father Bryce for sending me these, it flooded me with great memories of a beautiful person.
