Look at this awesome feature we created as part of our Sickick project. For both the storage under the staircase and the furnace room, we have built completely invisible doors. No seams, lines, or minor details, fully blended into the decorative slat wall #. I have used Sugatsune America Inc. products in multiple areas for this project and I have had the chance to work with their products over the years as well and I have to say only Sugatsune America Inc. can handle these heavy duty requirements.

When Sickick called us to design and build his dream space, we knew we had to go all out.

A special shoutout to Christopher (kris) Bentley, who brought serious high-level expertise from the US. Collaborating on the studio portion brought this entire project to another level. Kris is the best at what he does and we are very thankful for the collaboration. Thank you Kris 🙏🙏

Quality and attention to detail is what we are known for, stay tuned as the next few projects we will be showcasing are unlike any before. Here we are a beautiful bathroom spa in our Ben Sinclair project in East Gwillimbury. This bathroom is consisted of a custom built clear cedar dry sauna, a steam shower, and dressed with gold accessories and faucets.

Our first byline in an architecture publication. Architect Today asked how builders can make handover easier for the teams who run a building after the contractors leave, and they ran Kam's answer as the lead section of the piece.

The short version, learned across 400+ GTA basements: walk the space with the people who will live with it. Manuals in a binder get shelved. An hour spent at the panel, the shutoffs, and the mechanical room sticks.
