Can Concrete installed new concrete in our backyard. Craig and Hebertson as well as their service crew are honest hardworking professionals. Single detached older homes backyard renovations rely heavily on man power, especially the demolished debris. We are so happy with the new 4” concrete slabs. It creates modern architectural style for new patio foundation. It takes strong skills for concrete pouring and tedious work to make it smooth out. We are lucky for that great timing to demolish the old slabs before potential hazardous pest infestation in the backyard. Craig even moved us up in order to coordinate with our following landscape makeovers project. We appreciate their hardwork and affordable price during busiest times of the year with unpredictable weather conditions. Great company with very friendly professional service crews. We highly recommend Can Concrete!

Can Concrete Ltd. recently completed a City sidewalk and curb & gutter removal and replacement project in North Vancouver, BC, including full demolition, ground preparation, structural soil installation, root barrier installation, testing, and concrete placement.

Our scope included:

• Existing concrete demolition and removal
• Excavation and ground preparation
• Structural soil installation for the City tree area
• Root barrier installation
• Base preparation and compaction
• Compaction test — PASSED
• Concrete forming
• City sidewalk concrete placement and finishing
• Curb & gutter removal and replacement
• Concrete slump test — PASSED
• Concrete strength testing at 7 days and 28 days
