September marks a huge milestone for .plumbing as we celebrate 5 YEARS in business! We have definitely come a long way in the past five years and want to thank all our clients and contractors who’ve made it possible over the years. Couldn’t have done it with out you. Fun to see the progress this guys made over the last two years. It’s tough sitting back and not micro managing but when I do, he definitely likes to show me what he’s capable of! Pretty soon he’ll be the one designing the piping lay outs and teaching me a thing or two. Awesome first install Brennan!

Upgraded this tankless water heating system last week. The client had become increasingly Irritated with the unreliability of the existing units. Tried out the new NPE210-A2 units in combination with a Navicirc to deliver hot water quicker. Great solution for homes with out a dedicated Re circulation line. Client was blown away with the response time. Special thanks to .west.sales for the tips and always providing great service.

PS no need to pipe the recirc outlet to the cold outlet as there is an internal by pass valve inside the new A2 units. At least the piping looks great ;).

Creating solutions with limited options is something we pride our selves with at PHM. We don’t always have the luxury of installing tankless water heating systems which can easily satisfy a growing demand of hot water. Sometimes you need to look outside the box and create solutions with what little services you have. Recently converted Navien NPE240-s condensing boilers on a racking system with two AO Smith 120 gal storage tanks. The conversion was made seamless with the Navien back to back mounting rack and manifold kit 👌. Making the most out of small spaces and adding redundancy!
