Red Fox Contracting is looking to add a couple of dependable people to our team as we finish out this season and prepare for next year.
We’re a small, locally owned company based in Richmond, with most of our work in Richmond, Munster and North Gower. Our main focus is residential and commercial lawn care/property maintenance, along with landscaping and other outdoor projects throughout the season.
🔸 CREW LEADER — $25–$35/hr
We’re looking for someone with previous lawn care/landscaping experience who is comfortable operating commercial equipment, driving a truck and trailer, and taking responsibility for a lawn care route and helper.
You should be someone who can work independently, make good decisions, communicate well and take pride in the work you leave behind.
🔸 LAWN & LANDSCAPE LABOURER — $18–$24/hr
Experience is an asset, but attitude and reliability are just as important. This position involves mowing, trimming, property maintenance and assisting with landscaping projects.
We’re happy to train someone who works hard, shows up and wants to learn.
🌿 Both positions are seasonal, spring through fall.
We’d ideally like to bring the right people on part-time for the remainder of this season, giving us a chance to work together and train before returning for a regular position next spring.
🤝 We’re not looking to just fill seats. We want people who are reliable, respectful, easy to work with and take pride in what they do.
