This week, we continued assembling the top circular wall and ceiling on the Richmond project, installing and securing drywall panels to the metal frame, applying fiberglass mesh tape along the curved surfaces, and applying joint filler to create a smooth, seamless surface.

From frame construction to final finishing touches, every detail brings the project one step closer to completion. 🔨🏠

A new chapter begins in Langley. 🏗️

After months of preparation, JKCE is excited to officially announce our new low-rise residential development project in Langley.

We were honored to celebrate this important milestone at our groundbreaking ceremony, surrounded by the Mayor of Langley, industry representatives, and many friends from the construction community.

Our CEO also shared his vision and expectations for the project as we took this exciting first step toward bringing it to life.
