🏗️ What you see is the finished product. What you don't see is months of planning.

Before the first hammer swings, there's countless hours spent on site visits, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, engineering, permits, material sourcing, and organizing trades to make sure every detail comes together.

Large projects aren't successful by chance, they're successful because of the work that happens behind the scenes.

Another day of building.

Crews spread across multiple sites, equipment moving, materials going up, and progress being made.

A lot of moving parts, but that's what it takes to keep projects moving forward.

Unfortunately, we have been the victim of another theft.

At approximately 9:08 PM tonight, an individual entered our shop property and broke into one of our tool sheds, stealing several power tools.

If anyone recognizes this individual or the vehicle involved, please contact us directly or reach out to local authorities. The licence plate on the vehicle appears to be JLM 494; however, we are aware that the plate does not match the vehicle and may be stolen or improperly attached. We are sharing it in the hope that it may still help identify those responsible.

Please share this post to help us spread the word. We appreciate any information that may assist in recovering our tools and holding those responsible accountable.

Big transformation completed(almost) at 1602 Rothesay Rd. 👏

Our team at CNJ Builders had the opportunity to completely renovate the exterior of this home along with building a brand-new addition and the final result completely changed the look and feel of the property.

If you’re familiar with the Rothesay area, chances are you’ve already driven by and noticed the transformation. From the updated exterior finishes to the added living space, this one came together beautifully and gave the home an entirely new presence.

We’re proud of the work the crew put into this project and excited to finally show some of the progress and finished details. More than anything, we appreciate the homeowners trusting us with such a major upgrade to their home.
