At first glance, a lot of egress window projects look the same.

Fresh concrete.

Not everyone prefers the galvanized window well look from inside. This home got our reinforced block window well with a parged concrete finish. The exterior is protected with delta membrane, with continuous stone tied into the stone base, tied into the vertical drain stone. Finished with a limestone top cap!

Hey guys! Here’s a great example of what quality preparation looks like. Digging down to the footing and exposing the existing weeping tile is a non-negotiable. Many people wonder why our work costs more - but I ask, what’s your peace of mind worth? A proper physical connection and geotextile filter fabric protect your drain and your home for years to come. Working around active gas lines requires the finesse that Egress Masters has, while we were at the footing we saw a foundation crack that was properly repaired while we had it exposed.
