Ryan did a thorough examination of our boiler, heat pump and indoor units. Filters and outdoor unit were cleaned. He answered my questions and gave me an update on the status of everything when he finished. Glad to hear everything is ready for the new season.
Ryan was courteous and neat. Would welcome him again."

Great review from Heather... "Brady made this entire process painless. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He took time to explain what would be happening and took pictures so that I could see the changes (very thoughtful as I am mobility challenged). The use of booties and even a red carpet on my basement stairs to ensure there would be no mess for me to clean up was much appreciated. There was no pressure from Fred, the salesman, in any decision making and they were able to give me an appointment fairly quickly. Brady completed the day by taking my garbage to the curb for me- service above and beyond! Many thanks to all involved. I would definitely recommend MacKay Heating and Cooling."
