STUCCO RESTORATION & PAINTING

This stucco entrance had developed heavy algae staining, weathering, cracking and areas of damage that were in need of some attention.

We thoroughly pressure washed the entire stucco surface, completed the necessary stucco repairs, filled cracks and prepared everything for paint.

Once the repairs were complete, we spray-applied a premium stucco paint featuring self-cleaning technology and enhanced resistance to algae and organic staining, helping the surface stay cleaner and maintain its appearance longer.

A fresh, clean finish with the damaged areas repaired and the existing stucco restored and protected.

Wood siding to EIFS stucco transformation.

Complete EIFS stucco installation to give this addition a clean, modern exterior and a completely updated look.
We installed the sto system, gold coat, reinforced basecoat with fiberglass mesh, primer and finish coat to create a durable, seamless exterior finish.
-Also parged the foundation

A massive transformation from the original wood siding and a much cleaner look that ties in with the rest of the home.

Stucco Restoration | Clean. Protect. Refresh.

Years of algae staining had taken over the stucco on this home, so we gave it a full exterior refresh.

We repaired damage, fixed and addressed all hairline cracks found on inspection.

We thoroughly power washed all stucco surfaces to remove the heavy algae and organic buildup, then carefully masked and protected the surrounding brick, windows, roofing and finished surfaces.

Once prepped, the stucco was spray-applied with primer followed by a specialized exterior stucco coating designed with biomimetic principles to help resist future algae and organic growth.

We also painted the louvers as they were in rough shape as well.

The result: a clean, bright, uniform finish that restores the stucco and helps keep it looking fresh longer.

For this project, we completed a range of repairs and refinishing work, including:
• Repaired, recoated and resurfaced 12 decorative sill mouldings
• Repaired multiple damaged areas throughout the stucco
• Restored a damaged panel that had been struck by a snow plow
• Refinished several panels to blend the repaired areas back into the existing finish
• Parged the entire foundation for a clean, consistent appearance

A mix of damage, wear and impact repairs — all properly restored and refinished to give the exterior a clean, uniform finish again.

A fresh colour and proper coating can completely change the look of an aging stucco exterior.

For this project, we:
• Power washed the entire stucco surface, removing algae, dirt and buildup
• Primed the existing stucco for proper adhesion and a uniform finish
-Repaired cracks and filled holes
• Spray-applied a high-quality exterior stucco coating
• Updated the colour for a clean, modern look
• Used a 45’ articulating boom lift to safely access and refinish the high elevations

The result — clean, protected stucco and a completely refreshed exterior.

Another Paint & Stucco exterior transformation completed.

This project was about more than improving curb appeal—it was about correcting the issues causing water intrusion and restoring the home's exterior the right way.

-Pressure washed the entire stucco exterior
-Removed the water-damaged stucco and wire lath on the affected wall
- Repaired the damaged area and re-stuccoed the whole damaged side to reinforce and restore. We matched the existing finish seamlessly
- We Reinforced and repaired cracks throughout the exterior
- Identified and corrected a leak that was allowing water into the home
-Replaced failed and breached caulking around the exterior
- Applied Primer and Sto SilcoLastic®, a premium high-build elastomeric coating, to protect and refresh the entire stucco exterior
-Finished the home in a beautiful two-tone colour scheme
-Professionally masked and spray-finished the garage door and three exterior man doors using premium exterior coatings
- Replaced the garage door weather stripping for a clean, weather-tight finish and replaced all exterior vents.

We removed years of algae staining, repaired woodpecker damage, addressed hairline cracks, completed all necessary stucco repairs, and meticulously masked the property before spraying primer and two coats of Sto Dryonic Stucco Paint.

Popcorn ceiling removal on a heavily painted surface — no shortcuts, just the right process.

After removal: We sealed and skim coated the ceiling, repaired water damage, and treated staining with oil primer. The ceiling was then fully primed and finished with ceiling paint using a spray application for a clean, even look. Painted walls and trim in the living room, while the hallway walls were fully masked off with 3M plastic and left untouched.

When we’re done, it looks like we were never there… except everything looks better.
