NBRCA were excited to host the students from Princess Elizabeth School on behalf of the New Brunswick Center of Excellence! The students got hands on experience working along side our Level 1 Roofing apprentices who were able to showcase their skills and mentor the students. The students enjoyed the event and we saw potential for some future roofers!

Fire Burn 🔥
NBRCA was happy to attend the Skills Canada NB Fire Burn and Try a Trade event at NBCC Miramichi this week, continuing our effort to promote the roofing trade, our contractors, and our apprenticeship program.

National Roofing Week – Day 6 - Celebration Day

Day 6 represents Celebration. NBRCA Staff had a chance to celebrate Roofing week with Mason who is our 5-week intern student with NBCC. We had a great dinner and some great laughs.

A huge thank you to Mason for his participation and assistance with all the posts for Roofing Week. Great Job Mason!

National Roofing Week- Day 6 Celebration Week

NBRCA is happy to share this message from Brault Roofing

National Roofing Week is coming to a close across the Country today and what better way to celebrate than with a feast!

Throughout Roofing week, up to today, Leadership and Team Members from Brault Roofing Maritimes got in their trucks and hand delivered a gastro spread to thrill the ventriculus senses. We went to project sites across the Maritime Provinces to assure our hard-working crews were well fed and hydrated.

Today we celebrate our industry and the hardest working people I know; it’s not easy hustling on a commercial flat roof, at altitude, at 35 °C. Thank You to our Brault Brothers & Sisters in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island for your commitment to bringing these projects to fruition.

A BIG Thank You to CRCA (Canadian Roofing Contractors Association) & NBRCA (New Brunswick Roofing Contractors Association) for shinning a light on our industry and its labour force.

We would like to showcase our Level 2 Apprentices training with Soprema.

We are so grateful to Soprema for the continuous support in manufacture training.

Soprema not only comes in for a full day of training, provides material and equipment but also buys us all lunch.

Level 2 Apprentices had the opportunity mentor students from both middle and high school at 2 different events.

The students had so much fun working along side our Level 2 Apprentices.
