If you’re a licensed HVAC-R journeyman or 3rd-year apprentice with working knowledge of HVAC systems, consider joining AJW Mechanical as a Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician.

AJW Mechanical is looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in the commercial air conditioning field. Training is available but being able to work independently quickly is a requirement.

AJW offers health benefits, a pension plan, competitive wages (based on experience) and provides a company vehicle.

This position involves working five days a week serving southern, New Brunswick and beyond. Must be available on-call for at least 5 weeks per year. AJW pays $100 per week of on-call time served.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Eligible candidates will readily use these skills:

Good working knowledge of HVAC and Refrigeration systems
Ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision
Good communication skills
Be able to work on computer systems (email, electronic invoicing, etc)
A valid New Brunswick Driver’s Licence
Be able to provide amazing customer service in both commercial and residential settings
Perform demanding physical labour
