Feed back from customers is what we aim to help navigate how we take care of customer's needs and wants. This was from a customer today that made me exceptional proud of our team,

"Hey Dan, sorry for the message outside of business hours but I wanted to share some positive feedback from today. Carter and Dennis were unreal. They communicated exceptionally with me and my wife with what we wanted and did it with a smile on their face. Dennis is doing a great job mentoring Carter as well. It's the little things, giving him some rope to figure things out and ask questions etc. I could see that Carter was not only getting to practice his craft but also learning from Dennis how to interact and communicate with customers and his colleagues. I appreciate the couple extra things they did as well. We will definitely be reaching out again to get a few other things done and if there's anywhere you'd like me to post positive feedback, please let me know."

That's the difference between Corporate and small business I find so rewarding.

It's Been a busy summer! New home construction wiring, Service entrance upgrades, re-wires, EV charger installs, General Link installs, oil to electric heat conversions, Transfer switch hook-ups, heat pumps, hot tubs, and pools, and home renovations. Very blessed and thankful for my customers and references. Nothing too big or small, we'll help you out!
