During the end of jobs when it's mostly trim and finish work i don't need anything but a saw, a tape and a pencil. As a general contractor and carpenter I know where my talents start and where I have to rely on others to pick up the slack. Design is one of those areas where I often look to others. I've been following and her journey building a house and two rental units on their property, in the desert, on their own for a while now.
