Dimension Volumes makes wood volumes for climbing gyms to add some '' Dimension'' to the walls. Our quality products are made of plywood, fiberglass and a polyesther/silica finish. Volumes Dimension fabrique des volumes en bois pour les centres d'escalade pour ajouter une autre '' Dimension '' au mur. Dimension Volumes is changing hands
Kris, the founder, owner and operator of Dimension has sold your favorite volumes company to the Rock Candy Family. Before we get into the details on how this will impact the business heres a quick statement from Kris:
“Eleven years ago, I combined my two passions, woodworking and rock climbing, to create Dimension Volumes.

I had no idea how far this adventure would take me. I’ve met wonderful people, overcome all sorts of challenges, and pushed myself to deliver high-quality volumes. In my early years, I was swept up in Dimension’s growing popularity in North America. The appreciation for my volumes in Quebec, Canada, and the United States, among other places, made me incredibly proud and happy.

This business was born from passion, and I have no regrets about the journey.

However, after weathering several storms, such as COVID-19, tariffs, raising cost of material and other challenges, my motivation waned. For the past few years, I’ve gradually shifted my operations towards cabinetmaking and architectural millwork. I’m keeping my workshop and all the machinery to serve a different clientele. You can see my latest work on

I want to thank everyone who trusted me, everyone who worked closely or remotely to help this project grow, who encouraged and supported me. You are at the heart of DV’s success. I will be forever grateful to the climbing industry for accepting me and helping me find my place.

It is therefore with mixed feelings of sadness and pride that I am handing over Dimension Volumes to the Rock Candy family. Knowing Nathan since my beginnings in the climbing world, I know they will do an excellent job perpetuating the Dimension Volumes legacy. The expertise will remain true to my standards, and I am convinced that the logo will continue to be a prominent presence in the climbing world.”

Dimension Volumes est à la recherche de travailleurs.euses en atelier pour produire des volumes en bois, de 2 à 5 jours semaine. On cherche des gens motivés à travailler physiquement, dans un environnement détendu et sécuritaire. Les candidats.es peuvent avoir de l’expérience en atelier ou non. On vous offre la formation.

Conditions:
- 2 à 5 jours semaine
- 18$ à 22$ /h selon expérience
- Possibilités d’avancement
- Equipement fourni sauf bottes de construction

Dimension Volumes is looking for workshop workers to produce wooden volumes, 2 to 5 days a week. We are looking for people motivated to work physically, in a relaxed and safe environment. Applicants may or may not have workshop experience. We offer you the training.

Terms:
- 2 to 5 days a week
- $18 to $22 /h depending on experience
- Opportunities for advancement
- Equipment provided except construction boots
