Found and Fixed! We were called to investigate a baseboard heater not working. A poor wire connection had caused the wires and connector to melt at the thermostat. Updated and Safe! These panels had been modified and were no longer up to code. After removing them and correcting some of the existing wiring, a new panel and modern breakers were installed.
